Here’s the mockup I created of the graphical interface to IssuePress:
And here’s the fancy graphical front end for “Grab More Science“:
When you click on one of the boxes, you get this:
*blink*
Sooooo, who’s getting paid to develop this stuff? Not me …

We made some updates
Hello, we appreciate the write up. We got other feedback that said the same about the boxes being overload so now you can toggle between a list and box. There is also some more info on the tool tip hover for the box view.
We are developing it in house partly because we are science fans and partly to have that open playing field apart from client projects to see where things can lead.
Thanks again.

Re: We made some updates
Just a reminder: http://www.labgrab.com/boxGraph/boxGraph.html
And yes, there is in fact a toggle between list (very, very unadorned plain-vanilla) and “box” view … which still doesn’t isn’t a demonstrably effective cognitive tool IMNSHO.
Nice concentration … now, add a little panashe!

Latest Update
Wanted to drop by and give a quick update on the science news graph. We just launched a carousel view, and did some speed optimization. Next will be some personalization features so you don’t have to see categories you don’t find interesting.
Thanks for the feedback, let us know what you think of the latest.
Take care,
Ben
