I lurched when I came across the term “community of practice” while looking through resources on community development.
OMG, some folkz are finally shaking their heads.
(Earlier this evening I found myself with tears running down my face, for no apparent reason … frustration … 32Meg RAM in the 120MHz; the 233MHz box won’t turn off, freezes when the screen blanker goes on, won’t talk to any modem … zero printer … ZIP drive that’s on its last legs … I’d be better equipped in a war zone.)
