First, news of US$6B for Project BioShield *!yikes that&#8217;s a lotta spendolas!* and now I read at <a href=\"http:\/\/tantek.com\/log\/2003\/01.html\">tantek&#8217;s blog<\/a> that &#8220;The W3C CSS working group has just published an updated CSS 2.1 working draft. Much (most) of the feedback on the previous draft has been incorporated.
